Downtown Natchez Alliance (DNA) - A Mississippi Main Street Designated Community
New Board Members and Officers Announced at Annual Meeting

January 21, 2025

During our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, Downtown Natchez Alliance welcomed our newest officers and directors to our Board of Directors.

Norma West, who has previously served as president-elect and chair of our MLK Triangle Team, has now stepped into the role of President of the Board. She is joined with TJ Baggett as Vice President, Elizabeth Greer as Secretary, and Conner Burns as Treasurer.

DNA Vice President Baggett, who is currently serving her second three-year term on the DNA board, is eager to welcome fresh perspectives from the new board members. She believes these new ideas will greatly enhance the organization’s strategic plan, ensuring that DNA continues to thrive and foster a vibrant Natchez.

“DNA currently has an extreme amount of momentum from the work done over the last few years. Every March, we conduct a Board Strategic Planning Retreat,” said Baggett. “As we strategically plan to move forward, it is of utmost importance that we remain flexible enough to accommodate new opportunities and challenges, but also stay in alignment with the city’s priorities and the downtown master plan, with the overall goal of economic sustainability of downtown Natchez for its residents and visitors.”

We welcome our returning and new board members as we work together to keeps Downtown Natchez alive and vibrant in 2025.
