Downtown Director

The Downtown Natchez Alliance (DNA) is accepting applications for a full-time downtown director to lead and manage its administrative, volunteer, programmatic, fundraising, and downtown revitalization efforts to achieve the sustainable economic success of Downtown Natchez.

The downtown director is responsible for creating, leading, and implementing a strategic work plan based on DNA’s transformation strategies, four program areas, and the city’s Downtown Master Plan in coordination with the DNA Board of Directors.

The downtown director reports to the DNA Board of Directors; coordinates the work of lead volunteers, consultants, and independent contractors; collaborates with city and county officials and staff as well as other key local organizations; and oversees all staff members.
